when someone dies, do contracts which they have signed still stand?
if someone signs a contract of any sort (apart from a will of course), when they die, is the contract still valid?
No contracts do not continue unless someone still living is on the same contract (such as an apartment lease signed by husband and wife and then husband dies but wife is still responsible for renting the apartment).
Do not believe the idiot about the car since the bank/finance company will come get it back and go after any estate for damages above typical use.
Definitely no credit card contracts continue no matter what the collection agency vultures want people to believe…
